  If you are looking for a place to rent or for a property manager, do not go through this real estate agency. They will ignore repeated requests for repairs even if the repairs are urgent, they will blame and manipulate tenants to gain financial losses that they themselves have caused through their own irresponsibility. By law they have a duty to mitigate loss and expense on behalf of property owners and fail to do so. As a property owner I would never trust them to look after my tenants or my financial interests and as someone who has also been a tenant I would never recommend renting a property through this agency. Be well aware.
